All selling Teammates are eligible to participate and earn rewards. New Teammates become eligible to participate during the first full calendar month after they begin working. There is a 30-day grace period from the date of hire for new Teammates to complete the required education courses.
To enroll in the program and earn rewards, all Teammates who meet the above requirements must sign up at TPRclub.com. No rewards will be paid without first enrolling online.
To be eligible to earn rewards in the TPR Club, basic requirements must be met. The following is a list of those requirements. Additional requirements specific to a given promotion may be found on the pages labeled "Tires," "Service" and "CFNA" where applicable. This list is subject to change at any time at the discretion of BSRO.
To earn a spiff under this program, a teammate must be employed by the company on the scheduled spiff payment date. TEAMMATES WHO RESIGN OR ARE TERMINATED FOR VIOLATION OF THE LAW OR COMPANY POLICY BEFORE THE SPIFF PAYMENT DATE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A SPIFF PAYMENT. Teammates who retire (where eligible based on age and/or years of credited service) or are terminated for reasons other than violation of the law or company policy will be eligible for a spiff payment.
Tire Sales Target — On the first of each month, stores are given a store Tire Sales Target. This target indicates the minimum tire units the store must sell before Teammates can earn rewards. A store reaches its target when the total sales of all the Teammates in that store equals or exceeds the target established for them. Each month, so long as your store hits its target and you are current on the required education, you will earn cash rewards on the featured tires you have sold that month.
Service Sales Target — On the first of each month, stores are given a store Service Sales Target. This target indicates the minimum service sales the store must make before Teammates can earn rewards. A store reaches its target when the total service sales of all the Teammates in that store equals or exceeds the target established for them. Each month, as long as your store hits its target and you are current on the required education, you will earn cash rewards on the featured services you have sold that month.
Minimum CFNA Applications — To be eligible to earn rewards on purchase-activated CFNA accounts, Teammates must process the minimum Credit Applications (approved or denied). New purchased-activated Credit Account that originate from the internet with an invoice value of $15 or more will count towards your total, as well. Minimum requirements are subject to change, so refer to the tab labeled "CFNA" for the most current information.
Education Requirements — To be eligible to receive rewards on tire sales, service sales or CFNA applications, all Education Requirements must be completed by the end of the month. Teammates may complete the Education Requirements at any time during the month to be eligible to receive the current month's rewards. Teammates can see the most current Education Requirements at any time using the "Education" page of this website. If Education Requirements are not met each month, Teammates are not eligible to receive rewards on any of their sales or CFNA Activations for that month. For any month a Teammate did not receive rewards due to missing Education Requirements, those rewards will be automatically forfeited.
Featured Tires/Services — It is through the sale of these tires/services—and only these tires/services—that Teammates can earn rewards. Because featured tires/services may change from month to month, we strongly encourage all participating Teammates to use this website and other communication options to stay informed.
Any rewards you earn will automatically be calculated and you will receive payment through payroll the last Friday of the month for weekly pay periods and the second paycheck of the month for semi-monthly pay periods. For example, if rewards are earned in March, you will receive payment through payroll in April.
In the event that a Teammate should change stores, all appropriate enrollment data will be updated automatically. The Teammate will still receive rewards on any qualifying sales that may have accumulated at the original store, as long as that store reaches its targets and the Teammate has completed the Education Requirements. At the same time, the Teammate can also earn rewards at the new store, provided the new store reaches (or has already reached) its targets and the Teammate has sold featured tires/services at the new store.
Although every reasonable attempt will be made to keep you advised of your progress towards completing requirements and earning rewards throughout the year, YOU are responsible for maintaining an accurate count of your progress towards the goal. You know what you have sold and discrepancies should be resolved within 30 days of discovery. Final interpretation of rules and final resolution of any discrepancies or contested rewards rests with Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC.
NOTE: Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC reserves the right to determine the validity of any claim. All decisions on TPR Club claims are final, and no appeal process is available. Store Targets, Education Requirements, Qualifying Tires/Services and the cash amount they earn will change throughout the program and can be added or removed at the discretion of Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC.
